Conjugation to Gold Nanoparticles
Protein Conjugation - Gold Nanoparticles
Cytodiagnostics provides custom conjugation of your antibodies or other proteins to our gold nanoparticles with sizes from 5nm-400nm.
To be able to perform your custom conjugation we require 3mg of purified lyophilized antibody (or your protein). If you want us to source your protein of antibody we would be glad to assist.
A successful conjugation would result in a typical yield of 10ml* of your protein-gold nanoparticle conjugate at an optical density of 3 (OD=3). This amount would be enough to probe 100 dot blot strips using 15ml of a 1:100 diluted conjugate per strip.
Our service include:
- Sourcing of your antibody or protein if needed (this service is not included in price below).
- Conjugation of your protein to a gold nanoparticle size of your choice.
- Purification of conjugate.

Oligonucleotide Conjugation - Gold Nanoparticles
Cytodiagnostics provides custom conjugation of your single stranded oligonucleotides to our gold nanoparticles with sizes from 5nm-400nm.
A successful conjugation would result in a typical yield of 30ml* of your oligonucleotide-gold nanoparticle conjugate at an optical density of 1 (OD=1).
Our service include:
- Synthesis of your single-stranded oligonucleotides for conjugation. Supply us with your sequence, and which terminal (5' or 3') to be attached to the gold surface, and we do the rest.
- Conjugation of your oligonucleotide to a gold nanoparticle size of your choice.
- Purification of conjugate.

Custom conjugation of your protein or antibody to any of our Cyto™ Fluorescent Dyes with emission from 350nm-840nm.

- Conjugation of 1-5mg of protein.
- Purification of your protein conjugate using size exclusion cromatography.
- Characterisation of your labeled protein.
- Fluorescent properties including emission and absorption spectra.
- Determination of fluorescent dye to protein ratio.
